I am a lifetime resident of West Columbia attending Lexington School District Two schools and graduating from Brookland-Cayce High School. I graduated from The Citadel in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Following graduation, I began my career in insurance with Auto-Owners Insurance Company as a multiple-line claims adjuster. This experience gave me a strong foundation for my work as an agent/producer. Currently, I work with World Insurance Associates. I am responsible for generating new revenue for the agency and offering ongoing service to existing clients. I enjoy interacting and working with people, and my work in insurance continues to present opportunities for service to others. The two decades of experience as an insurance and risk management professional are an asset to my service as a council member supporting the needs of the citizens of the City of West Columbia since 2016.
Outside of work and council, spending time with my young daughter is the top priority for me. I am an active member of Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church and served as Past Master of the Cayce Masonic Lodge. As an avid outdoorsman, hunting and fishing are my favorite pastimes.
