A Self Defense discussion and Taser Demonstration will be held on Feb. 17th from 6pm – 8pm at the West Columbia Police Department, according to West Columbia Police Chief Dennis Tyndall. Women are invited to attend. This class is free to all participants.
Pepper spray, taser and other defense options will be discussed during the two-hour course. There will also be an opportunity to see a live exposure from a taser. It is often said that a picture is worth a thousand words – here is your opportunity to listen, learn, and see first hand the effectiveness of the Taser.
