David Benjamin Moye is a 3rd generation West Columbian who believes West Columbia neighborhoods that have been neglected in the past, can be better than providing a decent place to visit- they can be world-class places to live.
David believes that local government should address short term growth with common sense deregulation from top to bottom, and the focus of the government should always be based on providing a clearer long term vision and a better framework for all developers from big to small, and that stakeholder input adds value to development.
David’s wife, Lisa Li Moye, is also his business partner. She is a Real Estate Broker who attended Pratt Institute where she majored in Interior Architecture.
David is a graduate of the Incremental Development Alliance Small Developer Training, Congress of New Urbanism Core Curriculum, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in two states. He attended Appalachian State University where he majored in Vocal Performance.
He attends Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church and plays guitar/sings in the “Alive at 9:35” service.
