West Columbia City Council
Regular meetings of the West Columbia City Council shall be held on the first Tuesday of each month. City Council Work Sessions shall be held on the third Monday of each month. The meetings shall be called to order at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the West Columbia City Hall, 200 N. 12th Street, or at such other time, date, and location as indicated in the meeting notice. The Agenda for each meeting is published and posted at City Hall not less than 24 hours before each scheduled meeting.
West Columbia Beautification Foundation
Meetings of the West Columbia Beautification Foundation shall be held on the first Thursday of each month. The meetings shall be called to order at 8:30 a.m. in the New Brookland Room at the West Columbia City Hall, 200 N. 12th Street, or at such other time, date, and location as indicated in the meeting notice. The Agenda for each meeting is published and posted at City Hall not less than 24 hours before each scheduled meeting.
West Columbia Planning Commission
Regular meetings of the West Columbia Planning Commission shall be held on the fourth Monday of each month. The meetings shall be called to order at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the West Columbia City Hall, 200 N. 12th Street, or at such other time, date and location as indicated in the meeting notice. The Agenda for each meeting is published and posted at City Hall not less than 24 hours before each scheduled meeting.
West Columbia Zoning Board of Appeals
Meetings of the West Columbia Zoning Board of Appeals shall be at the call of the chairperson and are normally held on the third Tuesday of each month as needed. The meetings shall be called to order at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the West Columbia City Hall, 200 N. 12th Street, or at such other time, date and location as indicated in the meeting notice. The Agenda for each meeting is published and posted at City Hall not less than 24 hours before each scheduled meeting.
