West Columbia, SC (August 13, 2018 at 12:38 PM) – The City of West Columbia is hosting a Career Fair to showcase the open positions in different departments throughout the city on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, from 11 AM – 4 PM, in the New Brookland Room at City Hall, 200 N. 12th Street, West Columbia, SC. Recently, the Police Department created a recruitment program to meet the growing need for qualified applicants.

Police Officer (Starting at $39,964 [non-certified])

Firefighter

Water Systems Maintenance Worker – Water Treatment Plant 2

Equipment Operator – Parks Department

CDL Driver – Sanitation Department

Equipment Operator – Water Distribution

Code Compliance Manager – Code Enforcement
