West Columbia, SC (September 29, 2022, at 1:54 PM) – Due to the threat of inclement weather, including high winds and debris, the City of West Columbia will implement the following closures and cancellations:
City Hall
City Hall Closed – Friday, September 30, 2022
Reopening to the public on Monday, October 3, 2022
Parks
Riverwalk Park & Amphitheater: Thursday, September 29, 2022, 12 PM until further notice
Fowler Park: Thursday, September 29, 2022, 12 PM until further notice
Butler Park: Thursday, September 29, 2022, 12 PM until further notice
All other city parks will be closed beginning Friday, September 30, 2022, until further notice.
Sanitation
Yard Trash will NOT be picked up on Friday, September 30, 2022. To keep storm drains clear and prevent flooding, please do not place any yard trash by the curb until after the storm.
