West Columbia, SC (Monday, August 1, 2022, at 4:16 PM) – Effective August 1, 2022, the City of West Columbia’s District Three Councilperson Casey Hallman has resigned as she is moving outside the city limits. Special election and district boundary information will be available on the City’s website in the next few weeks.
