City of West Columbia Administrative and Sanitation Information for the Observance of the Christmas and New Year Holidays

West Columbia, SC (December 18, 2017 at 10:10 AM) – The City of West Columbia City Hall will be closed Monday and Tuesday, December 25 and 26, 2017, in observance of the Christmas holidays. Regular hours will resume on Wednesday, December 27, 2016. City Hall offices will also be closed on Monday, January 1, 2018, in observance of New Year’s Day. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, January 2, 2017.

Sanitation will not collect household, yard trash, or recycling on Monday, December 25, 2017, or Monday, January 1, 2018. Customers normally receiving sanitation services on December 25, 2017 will have their household garbage ONLY collected on Tuesday, December 26, 2017. Customers normally receiving sanitation services on Monday, January 1, 2018 will have their household garbage and recycling collected on Tuesday, January 2, 2018. Sanitation customers may call customer service, at 803-791-1880, with any questions about the sanitation schedule. Emergencies occurring after hours and on weekends and holidays should be reported to the West Columbia Police Department at 803.794.0721.
