Turner AME Church Hosts Cooperative Health Mobile Unit

Cooperative Health Mobile Unit, in partnership with Turner Memorial AME Church, is serving the health needs of persons in the West Columbia Community of District 5 and surrounding areas. The mobile unit is located at Turner Memorial AME Church parking lot (1122 Monticello Street, West Columbia, SC 29169) every other Monday between the hours of 9 AM – 2 PM.
At Cooperative Health, there are teams with tremendous expertise in the delivery of a full-continuum of primary care services to include pediatrics, adult and family, obstetrics and gynecology, dental, podiatry, behavioral medicine, orthopedics, and in-house pharmacies. Covid-19 testing is also available. The services are intended to nurture the health and well-being of patients, families, and communities served – all ages, all backgrounds, all abilities. Those who are insured, uninsured, or underinsured are welcome. A sliding fee scale is available to all patients and no one is denied care regardless of the ability to pay.
